Established in 2004 by Mr John Houlihan CMIOSH, providing a wealth of experience, technical knowledge and qualification to businesses and organisations across the UK. 

A proven track record of success, providing consultancy and management of landmark projects across the United Kingdom.  

 Houlihan Safety Services Ltd have an established record with clients in the achievement of many Safety Schemes in Procurement such as CHAS, Safecontractor, SMAS, FORS, Construction Line and Considerate Constructor. 

Houlihan Safety services Ltd have enabled companies to achieve National Awards across all health and safety disciplines.

As well as specialising in Construction Health and Safety, we also specialise in all that is related to the Scaffolding Industry.

Director John Houlihan has spent a lifetime working in the Construction sector and originates from a trade background. John's wealth of experience, technical knowledge and qualification has enabled a professional, pragmatic approach to problem solving and raising standards beyond all expectation.

Within the scaffolding sector we have coached and mentored organisations to successfully apply for Ancillary Asbestos Licenses and maintain successive License renewals. We have worked with leading nationally recognised organisations to develop accredited training courses bespoke to industry sectors. We work closely with the NASC and Scaffolding Association.

We believe in working closely with clients to achieve Health and Safety Management systems that reflect the size, nature and operational capacity to  meet with their legal, moral and ethical responsibilities.
